I am a woman from rural Egypt, and there is nothing I enjoy more than a hearty meal shared with my family. Meat is a staple in our home, and we all love it deeply in every form and flavor. There’s something special about grilled meat slices, their smoky aroma filling the air as they cook over hot coals.
One of my favorite dishes is spaghetti topped with juicy minced meat. The sauce is rich and flavorful, blending perfectly with the pasta. Alongside it, we often prepare a platter of grilled vegetables, their charred edges giving a delicious contrast to the soft, tender insides. No meal is complete without pickles on the side—tangy, crunchy, and full of life, they balance the richness of the meat dishes.
Gathering around the table with my family, enjoying these meals, is a source of great happiness for me. The laughter, stories, and love we share over plates of food make these moments unforgettable. For us, meat is more than just food—it’s a part of our tradition, a symbol of togetherness, and a joy we cherish in all its forms.. 🤩This is my story with meat.
